Conference Registration
Registration Procedure
1.Read the information on how to obtain a visa - please see Visa Issues.
2.Register:
i) Fill in the Registration Form including details of your participation in the social events programme.
ii)Scan the pages of your passport with your photo and the passport number, issue and expiry date.
iii)If you are bringing a guest to the conference then you will also need to scan the passport details of your guest so that we can provide an invitation letter for the guest too.
iv)Send the completed registration form and scanned passport details to syssoeva(at)aanet.ru, with a copy to int(at)aanet.ru and spacewire(at)computing.dundee.ac.uk.
3.Confirmation of Registration
We will process your registration and send you an invoice for the payment.
4.Make payment
Please check the invoice and arrange for payment of the invoice.
Please note that:
- The registration fees are paid only in Euro!
- Fee payment is only available by bank transfer
- Please do not forget to put in the payment documents:
- - Your Last name, first name;
- - the Invoice number;
- - the text "Registration fee for participation in the international conference ISC 2010”
- All bank commissions for the payment transfer should be paid by the payer.
5. After the payment transfer, please send a copy of the payment information (the document containing the payment reference number and date of the payment) by e-mail to int(at)aanet.ru so that we can make sure your payment goes through properly.
6. Notification of Payment and Invitation Letter
Once payment has been received we will send you the following documents:
- Confirmation of payment receipt
- Your personal Invitation letter (required for visa application).
- Personal invitation letter for your guest.
Important: Invitation letters are sent only after complete registration fee payment receipt.
7. Obtain visa
You will need to present your invitation letter and the passport to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country to obtain a visa. Please see the visa information.
Conference Fees
All fees are payable in Euros only.
- Delegates: 450 Euros per person
- Early Full Rate (paid by 1st May 2010);350 Euros per person
- Students: 270 Euros per person
- Early Student Rate (paid by 1st May 2010);200 Euros per person
- Exhibitors: 2100 Euros
Delegate and student fees cover full attendance at conference sessions, lunches and coffee for all three days. Exhibitor fees cover one person for full attendance at conference sessions, lunches and coffee for all three days.
